In the new iphone apple has added the great feature for making your iphone into a wifi hotspot.Upto 5 devices can be connected to your iphone 4 or 4S at a time.But this feature is not available in other apple devices like ipad 2 or the new ipad,not even in the iphone 3g.How to setup a wifi hotspot in your iphone 4
First you go to the settings menu.In the settings menu tap on the personal hotspot tab.
In the personal hotspot menu make the personal hotspot tab into on.You can see the default password for your hotspot which is different for each iphone.You can also make your own password by tapping on the password tab.
After a few seconds you can see your wifi hotspot in your computers wifi list.The name of your network will be the same as of your iphone in the itunes.Making an iphone into a wifi hotspot will draw battery charge a little bit faster.
